Be sure to read all item description and disclaimers. Also be sure to read the turnaround time and our policies. Please be sure to read them before purchasing. We make sure that it is not only listed on its own page we also put it in the item description as well to be sure you are aware of the information so, there isn't any confusions of when it will be shipped. Please allow 1-3 days for processing orders. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for response.

We DON'T work holidays or weekends so that time will be excluded from the turnaround time and shipping. For example- If you order on a Friday, it will get processed Monday through Wednesday from the day processing starts that is when turnaround time starts it then will be shipped before or in turnaround time. If the product gets finished on a Friday on holiday it will then ship the following Monday or day after the holiday.

Since these items are all made by hand, we don't offer refunds unless it is something damaged during shipping. We offer shipping insure on all orders for those kinds of issues. If you have a damaged item or items, please contact us as soon as you get the package so we can discuss further actions.

Please DON'T add ready to ship with orders that have a long turnaround time. You will either be invoiced for separate shipping, or the order won't be shipped until all items are ready to go out. If you don't want to be invoiced, please state in text you will like them to be ship all together. Orders will be canceled if you can't be reached by the information you have provided at check out.

Please be sure if you need a special order give enough time for the turnaround time when ordering. Don't wait 1-2 weeks before the special order is needed or we can't guarantee it will get there on time. At Stay Beautiful Creations we want to make sure the item is there on time so, it's important to read the turnaround time and plan accordingly to it to make sure you get it when or before you need it.
